The Pickleball Factory, Cape Girardeau's first dedicated pickleball facility, is opening this fall, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Events and Staff Manager to join our founding team! In this dynamic role, you'll be the driving force behind our events and staff operations, creating memorable experiences for our members and guests. From organizing leagues, tournaments, camps, and private events to managing our front desk team, you’ll ensure that every aspect of The Factory runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression. You’ll have the chance to shape the culture and success of our brand-new space from the ground up! What You’ll Do: Plan and execute a variety of events, from leagues and tournaments to private team-building sessions. Hire, train, and manage a team of part-time staff for the front desk and events. Ensure seamless event operations by coordinating all logistics, registration, and communications. Collaborate with our Marketing Manager to promote events and engage the community.
