Your expertise will help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals in a supportive and professional setting.Candidates should possess strong clinical skills, including the ability to independently manage caseloads and a solid understanding of various patient types such as spinal cord injuries, strokes, post-surgical orthopedic cases, and pediatric neuro diagnoses. A current Louisiana PT license is required. Prior experience in outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation settings is preferred, with at least one year of relevant clinical experience. Travel experience is a plus but not mandatory; first-time travelers may be considered based on skills and interview performance.Additional desirable skills include effective communication, teamwork, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with EMR systems like Meditech Expanse and WellSky. Bilingual abilities or specialized certifications related to neuro or pediatric therapy are advantageous.Requirements include a current Louisiana PT license, a minimum of one year of clinical experience, and vaccination against COVID-19 with exemption options available. The position involves working full-time hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with no weekend or holiday coverage required.Compensation for this rewarding role is $60.30 per hour, with benefits including competitive pay packages, weekly direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time according to applicable laws, and reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other eligible expenses.
