Full-Time or Part-Time Telehealth BCBA

Role Description We are seeking a Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a Full-Time or Part-Time position. In this remote role, the BCBA will assess, develop, and oversee individualized treatment plans, provide supervision to RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians), and monitor client progress. The role also involves collaboration with families and team members to ensure effective implementation of strategies, conducting parent training sessions, and staying updated on best practices in the field of ABA therapy. This position pays/hour for direct work and/hour for indirect work. Qualifications Current BCBA certification and relevant licensure to practice within specified states Experience in developing and supervising individualized treatment plans and behavioral interventions Strong skills in conducting behavior assessments, data analysis, and treatment outcome evaluations Proficiency in providing remote support and using telehealth platforms Effective communication and collaboration skills with families, caregivers, and staff Commitment to ongoing learning and application of evidence-based ABA practices Dedicated to upholding ethical standards outlined by the BACB Experience working with diverse populations and age groups is a plus Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
