Salary Range: $44,700 - $65,200 (AS-III) What Your Job Will Be LikeThe Site Access Registration Administrator performs a variety of activities in support of functional areas of the Safeguards and Security Program; specifically the Unclassified Foreign National Access (UFNA), and Personnel Security sub-programs. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles, reviews and analyzes data. Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. May design processes to enhance the department's workflow. Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.In This Job You WillReviews and processes access requests for all Lab guests (exception: FML subcontractor access registrations). Reviews, processes, tracks, and maintains access requests for foreign national guests against the UFNA requirements. Serves as the primary subject matter resource for the Lab access management Helpdesk to fully resolve all inquiries relating to access registrations, badging, and UFNA to the site and its information. Reassigns tickets as appropriate. Compiles, tracks, and reports metrics to Site Security Management. Performs administrative support duties to update and maintain websites, policies and other assigned documents. Establishing and maintaining filing systems, establishing work procedures and collating information. Performs various administrative support duties that involve handling, storage, transmission and disposition of sensitive information. Maintains positive communication and customer service relationships throughout the Lab. Backup for entering foreign national guest packages and approvals into FACTS. ExperienceRequired: 5 or more years Relevant Experience Preferred: Experience working in a high volume interface environment, adapting to competing priorities and multi-tasking. Preferred: Experience preparing presentations and creating spreadsheets/databases. Preferred: Experience collecting and tracking data and information from multiple sources. Preferred: Prior experience using ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing management system. Preferred: Prior experience in a security services access management environment. EducationRequired: High School Diploma Preferred: Associates Degree Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesDemonstrated high level of knowledge, experience and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat. Ability to organize and prioritize in a multi-task environment as well as to independently identify and solve problems. Ability to work to deadlines. Advanced written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal, customer service and trouble-shooting skills. Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and from varying backgrounds.
