This role reports to the Customer Service Manager and plays a key part in supporting customers, vendors, and internal teams. What You'll DoCommunicate with customers, suppliers, vendors, and internal departments Answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction Handle emails, phone calls, and written correspondence professionally and promptly Prepare customer reports, memos, and documentation Review and analyze documents for accuracy and follow-up needs Maintain customer records and databases Track customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions Use software such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Cie-TradeManage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines Work independently while contributing as a team player Skills and ExperienceRequired Experience & Skills3-5 years of office or customer service experience (logistics or service industry preferred) Proven experience handling customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude Reliable, dependable, and strong work ethic BenefitsDon't miss this chance to enhance your experience in a production environment while enjoying competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
