For our client, we are seeking a Technical Program Manager, Fintech to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.This role will drive the execution of complex fintech programs that sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.You will own cross-functional delivery, manage dependencies and risks, and help ensure initiatives launch on time, with clear outcomes and strong stakeholder alignment.The position will also help improve program discipline, visibility, and measurement across a fast-moving technology environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $111,800 – $167,600 annuallyResponsibilities Own execution and delivery of key fintech programs, ensuring initiatives are completed on time and within scope Partner with Product and Engineering to define success criteria and program milestones Manage program dependencies, risks, and trade-offs using data-driven decision-making Drive visibility and accountability through reporting and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders Collaborate with GTM, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support smooth launches and track outcomes Continuously improve planning, execution, and success-measurement processes across programs Champion alignment and trust across teams to drive measurable business and customer valueQualifications 3-5 years of technical program management experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments Familiarity with fintech domains such as Payments, Payables, and Financing Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional programs with measurable business impact Strong technical acumen to effectively interface with engineering and product leaders Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and track KPIsBenefits Flexible time off with learning and development opportunities Company-paid medical, dental, and vision benefits with extensive coverage Support for families through parental leave and fertility services Holistic health and wellness benefits including telehealth options Additional perks like pet insurance and legal advisory servicesOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
