CONTRACT RECRUITER - WORK FROM HOME (WFH) - BASED IN NASHVILLE, TNGuaranteed 40 hours a week - job stabilityMetrics: High requisitions - high volume and urgency (Average 100+ requisitions, supporting multiple Leaders)Full cycle recruitment, responsible for candidates from start to finish - NO onboarding401K 3% match, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), W-2, any overtime must be pre-approved by manager, weekly pay on Fridays95% Remote - all equipment/ resources provided: laptop; headset; soft phone; Microsoft Suite; Outlook; GHR ATS; job boardsAvailability to convert to permanent with health Insurance, PTO*Requirements to convert to permanent: based on performance and there must be a FTE opening.The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential. They should have excellent communication and organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.The Recruiter – is responsible for sourcing, recruiting and placing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff and external across the assigned division. The Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost-effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the Manager. The Recruiter will provide information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding processes, credentialing and community offerings.Responsibilities:Will recruit for physician offices, urgent care clinics and laboratoriesMaintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positionsQualify and/ or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviewsServe as contact person for questions from candidatesMeet weekly quotas related to calls and emailsQualifications:Bachelor's degreeEffective communication skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsExperience working with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience working with ATSHigh-energy and passionDemonstrated ability to meet quotasMinimum three years full cycle recruiting experience**Must have reliable transportation to attend onsite events within the local region. Recruiter must reside in the local Division/ Market area - Nashville, Tennessee
