The Superintendent will oversee and manage daily construction operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising construction crews, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining quality standards. The Superintendent will also facilitate communication between project stakeholders and resolve on-site issues efficiently while keeping detailed records of project progress.
