Floor ManagerOtto's Taproom & Grille seeks a professional, energetic, and inspired Floor Manager for our newly renovated restaurant. At Otto's we are focused on bringing craft cocktails, delicious grilled bites, and local as well as European brews to Brewerytown, Philadelphia. We are searching for a motivated team member who can multitask, focus on attention to detail, execution, and cleanliness in a team-oriented, fast-paced, guest centric environment.Qualified candidates will:be able to lift up to 30 lbs.be dressed neatly and well-groomed in company approved uniform at all timesoperate P.O.S. system, make change correctly and make credit card transactions accuratelyverbalize menu items clearly to guests while taking their orders or responding to their requestbe able to read and writebe able to stand and walk during entire shiftmust be able to reach, bend, stoop and wipe counters/tablesfollow recipes and prepare drinks and prep to specprepare the bar for servicepossess basic technical skillsexercise proper safety and sanitationprepare the restaurant for servicehave an ability to multitaskcommunicate and collaborate with your manager and teamhave a willingness to learn and growmake sure the bar is organizedhave prior restaurant experience including serving, bartending and floor managingopening and closing the restaurantmanaging securityoversee daily operations when management is not availablePart time positions available.Compensation: Hourly ($5.00) plus tipsBenefits & Perks: Dining DiscountsRequired Skills: Beer Knowledge, Strong Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills, Customer Service Orientation, Time Management, Problem Solving Skills, Time Management Skills, Adaptability
