Internal Medicine Physician

Job Description:- Outpatient Internal Medicine opening- Mix of value-based and fee-for-service patients- Schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:00- 15-18 patients per day- No hospital responsibilitiesCompensation and Benefits:- Employed position with base salary plus bonus incentives and company stock- 220k salary plus quality bonuses based on star ratings- Bonuses up to 40k year one.- Additional bonuse year two- Malpractice,-$5,000 relocation-22 days PTO, 6 paid public holidays, health insurance, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, employee assistance programCommunity:-Primary care group with multiple locations along the Florida Atlantic CoastRequirements:- BC/BE Family or Internal Medicine- Full License- Spanish bilingual required
