Job Summary And Responsibilities$10K RelocationThe Manager, Pharmacy Infusion Services provides clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for two infusion pharmacy programs supporting the Dignity Health Cancer Institute and Barrow Neurological Institute. These programs deliver advanced infusion therapies across three outpatient infusion sites, supporting a diverse patient population including oncology, neurological, rheumatological, and other complex disease states.This role is accountable for the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of medication management services across all infusion locations, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. Oversees day to day pharmacy operations, optimizing workflow, resource allocation, productivity, and budget performance.Serves as a dynamic, servant leader who develops high performing teams and fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Establishes clear expectations, provides coaching and feedback, and ensures staff are trained and supported to deliver high quality patient care.Provides advanced clinical oversight for infusion therapies, including chemotherapy and specialty biologics, ensuring appropriate medication selection, dosing, monitoring, and patient education to optimize outcomes and minimize toxicity. Actively partners with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to support clinical decision making and streamline care delivery.Leads and participates in key committees, multidisciplinary forums, and operational initiatives.
