Developer Advocate – MLOps & Open SourceHybrid – San Francisco, CA OR Sunnyvale, CA6-Month ContractWe're looking for a DevOps-minded engineer who can also be the face of an open-source ML platform — someone equally comfortable writing a Kubernetes tutorial as speaking at a tech conference.What You'll DoCreate high-quality technical content — blogs, tutorials, docs, and presentations — focused on MLOps workflows and open-source ML toolingBuild and nurture an external developer/contributor community through workshops, hackathons, and engagement programsCollect and analyze community feedback to influence product roadmaps and feature prioritizationRepresent the developer community internally and drive meaningful improvements to their experienceProvide hands-on technical support for MLOps platform adoptionWhat We're Looking ForStrong background in ML/MLOps, Kubernetes/K8s, Docker, Python, and LinuxActive open-source contributor or maintainer — not just a userPublic-facing advocacy work: conference talks (Linux Foundation, OSS Summit, etc.), 20+ technical blog posts, or a strong presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, or MediumExperience building technical communitiesWilling to attend occasional local evening events in the Bay AreaMust-Haves on Your ResumeA dedicated Advocacy section or direct links to your public technical contentActive GitHub profile with ML/AI contributionsPortfolio demonstrating both technical depth and communication skillsEducational Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
