Main functions will revolve around ensuring compliance with the various third party and national accounts that provide work for the office. They will be working with multiple employees, customers, and third party representatives to ensure information is communicated in a timely and compliant manner. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.Essential FunctionsEnsure all incoming and outgoing communication is representative of Belfor Practices, Processes and StandardsTimely entry of new leads into the Belfor Compliance System (BCS)Review BCS job files to ensure they are in compliance and their progress is up to dateTrack Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure office is high performingWork with Estimators and others in the field to upload required documents/photos into TPA portals.Ensure compliance by becoming familiar with the requirements for different accountsWork with home office to ensure all employees are correctly credentialed before working on a job and assist with yearly re-credentialing.Ensure paperwork and contracts are signed by the appropriate people and submitted to the Corporate Office.Maintain current list of zip codes to ensure correct service coverageGather billing documents and follow up on collectionsOther projects and duties as assignedExperience and Qualifications2+ years general office administration experienceConstruction, restoration or insurance industry experience preferredMicrosoft Office knowledge (strong emphasis in Word & Excel)English language literacy & fluencyAbility to multitask in a fast-paced office environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people's property and informationComprehensive understanding of customer service principles and practicesAbility to work under time constraints to meet specific obligationsStrong math and data entry skillsPhysical RequirementsOccasional lifting from 5-40 lbs, unassisted (from 0-15% of the time)Sitting for extended periods of timeManual dexterity needed for keyboarding and other repetitive tasksThe ability to bend, crouch, or stand as necessary.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.DisclaimerThe statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees, and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so classified.Belfor Holdings is an Equal Opportunity Employer
