Assist with regular deep cleaning of the kitchen. Follow established GMPsOrganize items within the department room and the walk-in coolers and freezersOrder and receive ingredients from our warehouse. Take care to check the quality of each item.Ensure the labeling of all items are in accordance with DTF and regulatory procedures and standards.Job RequirementsBasic knife skillsFood handler's cardProper dress policy and non-slip shoes worn at all timesAbility to stand for long periods and perform tasks with attention to detail and minimal supervisionAbility to lift heavy items weighing up to 50 lbsConstantly exposed to both hot and cold temperature conditions is pertinent.Flexible working hours, including early morning and late-night shifts; 6 days a week operation,including holidays.
