Wine knowledge is a plus—but curiosity, professionalism, and a strong service mindset matter most.What You'll Do:Manage a high volume of customer service emails with speed, accuracy, and professionalismAssist with processing, exporting, and printing wine ordersCoordinate closely with warehouse and shipping partners to ensure timely, accurate deliveriesTroubleshoot customer issues and provide thoughtful, effective solutionsDeliver a consistently high level of customer care in a fast-paced environmentMultitask across systems and priorities while maintaining attention to detailWhat We're looking for: Strong written communication skills and excellent typing abilityProficiency with PC systems and Microsoft Office toolsHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to work efficiently in a team-based, fast-moving environmentPositive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learnAbility to lift up to 40 lbs. when neededExperience with shipping platforms (FedEx, UPS, GLS, etc.) is a plus, but not requiredWhat We Offer: Competitive hourly pay: $22–$26 DOE (non-exempt)Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off, including your birthday off each yearAnnual training allowance for professional or wine educationEmployee wine discountsA collaborative, high-energy workplace with room to growLast Bottle Wines is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
