Senior ServiceNow Developer CSM

Akkodis is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer CSM for a Contract with a client in Ewing, NJ. The ideal candidate will design, customize, and optimize platform solutions that enhance customer experience and deliver scalable business outcomes .Rate Range: $56/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Senior ServiceNow Developer CSM job responsibilities include:Lead end-to-end development of ServiceNow CSM solutions, including case lifecycle design, routing logic, SLAs, and customer-facing portal experiences.Build, customize, and optimize platform components using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and ACLs.Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and event-driven patterns, with robust error handling and monitoring.Ensure platform quality through code reviews, performance tuning, secure coding practices, and alignment with ServiceNow best-practice governance.Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and mentor junior team members.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (master's preferred).10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with at least 3+ years focused specifically on CSM.Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (server-side & client-side) and Flow Designer for workflow automation.Proven experience designing and delivering CSM case lifecycle solutions, portal experiences, and API integrations.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
