Prominent Post Acute Care organization has flexible opportunities for Florida-licensed Regional Medical Directors in all sub-specialties including Cardiology, Pulmonary, Vascular, Wound Care, Nephrology, Neurology, Psychiatry, and Pain Management.Using our innovative model combining Nurse practitioners, Telehealth and In persons visits, our physicians are able to lead a collaborative group of clinicians to provide much needed sub specialty care to our post acute care population on a Regional level.As a Neurology subspecialty ,our physicians :Serve remotely as a Clinical Knowledge resource to providers in the regionReview all clinical documentation and guide medical decision makingComplete New patient assessments periodically via Telehealth and In PersonFlexibility: Our Hybrid model is designed to allow physicians to be able to have the flexibility to choose their own hours and use a combination of Telehealth and in person visits to accommodate their schedule. Qualifications and Other Requirements:Medical Degree (MD/DO)Board Certification in one or more of the following specialties: Cardiology, Pulmonary, Vascular Surgery, Wound Care, Nephrology, Neurology, Psychiatry, and Pain Management.Active Florida Physician license in good standingCurrent DEA LicensureComfortability with technology and EMR use
