We offer a high-performance environment where driven individuals can build and grow their own book of business with uncapped earning potential.Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Trader / Sales Representative to manage and grow supply lines across specialty wood and organic food products. This role is ideal for individuals looking to accelerate their sales careers in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.The position involves full-cycle trading responsibilities, including sales, sourcing, logistics coordination, and relationship management with both internal and external partners. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage supply lines for specialty lumber and organic agricultural productsExecute sales activities, primarily via phone (approximately 90%)Source products and negotiate pricing with vendors and buyersCoordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of goodsResolve conflicts and maintain strong client relationshipsCollaborate with internal teams to optimize trading outcomesTravel as neededQualifications Minimum Requirements:5+ years of professional work experienceStrong ability to manage multiple concurrent projectsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Strong math, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to learn proprietary systems and toolsPreferred Qualifications:Sales or trading experienceBilingual capabilities (a plus)Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethicCompensation & Benefits Competitive salary + uncapped commission structure Profit-sharing opportunities 401(k) with company matchMedical and dental benefitsTraining & Development Comprehensive onboarding and training programOngoing support in sales, sourcing, and product knowledge Mentorship from experienced traders with 80+ years of combined experience
