Behavior Technician (Center Based)

Cater 2 Kids is a premier interdisciplinary therapeutic center nestled in the heart of Sturbridge. As a leading provider of pediatric services, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care through our interdisciplinary approach to therapy, with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech-Language services all under one roof. We are currently expanding our ABA department and seeking passionate, dedicated Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. Position Summary: The BT/RBT will work directly with children implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Key Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs as designed by BCBAs Collect accurate data on client behaviors and progress Document session notes and maintain client records Collaborate with other therapeutic professionals (Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, etc.) Participate in team meetings and training sessions Daily session reports to parents Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities Experience in a center-based setting Schedule and Benefits: Full-time position (25-40 hours) Monday through Friday, center hours 8:30-7:00 Competitive salary Professional development opportunities Supervision hours for those pursuing BCBA certification Growth Opportunities: Career advancement pathways Ongoing training and professional development Mentorship programs Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
