Machine Operating PositionEntry to mid level machine operating position. Operate high speed automated production line(s) with strong support staff. Set up a wide range of equipment, including tablet presses and packager production line. Perform in-process testing and independently complete the required paperwork. Responsible for the efficient production of a high quality product.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Perform set up and run production machines as well as making necessary adjustments during operation.Troubleshoot and assist maintenance personnel in repairs of machines and equipmentPerform in-process testing as needed to ensure product quality is within established limits.Responsible for quality of the products producedComplete necessary paperwork accurately and timelyFollow Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and problem solve helpfulAbility to read, follow directions effectively, and perform basic math functionsWork well with othersHigh level of motivation and focusAbility and willingness to learn and adapt to changesPHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:Must be able to wear required PPE: safety glasses, safety shoes, hearing protection, dust mask as neededStanding continuously during shiftRepetitive use of both hands; occasional reachingLifting up to 50 pounds occasionally; push/pull up to 200 lbs with hand pallet jack.Wear sanitary gear such as hairnet, beard guard, glovesStarting pay up to $19.50 based on experienceWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
