For over 20 years LER has been working with customers across North America to meet their engineering resource challenges.What you will be doing:Support integration work to develop a complete control system, including sensor and ECM developmentSupport electronic, electrical, and mechanical design integration of engine control system hardware that meet the needs for product platforms, applications and markets worldwideSupport root cause investigations on controls hardware component reliability and field test issues via a structured data based processDevelop, apply, maintain, and improve hardware controls designs, including optimization and cost reductionDocument project activities and results in technical reportsCommunicate changes by authoring engineering change documentsFollow VPI processes for developing and releasing new productsProvide support for electronics and systems, including troubleshooting issues in the field and coordinating with suppliers to resolve product problemsSupport production, validation, and field-return investigations Document findings and recommend corrective actions Interface with design engineering on failure mechanisms and fixes.
