Job Description Machine Operator/Blender Technician – 2nd ShiftWe are currently seeking detail-oriented Machine/Blender Technicians to join our production team. In this role, you will support the preparation and blending of metals and other non-hazardous materials used in specialized manufacturing processes. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work with small components, and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards.ResponsibilitiesBlend metals and non-hazardous materials according to established procedures and specificationsClean and prepare small precision parts for processing and assemblyFollow detailed work instructions to ensure product quality and consistencyMaintain a clean and organized work environmentAdhere to company safety policies and quality standardsCollaborate with team members to meet production schedulesQualificationsStrong attention to detail and ability to work with very small partsWillingness to learn; training will be providedAbility to follow written and verbal instructions accuratelyMust be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screeningSchedule2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PMOvertime may be required based on production needsMust be available to complete 2–3 weeks of training on 1st shift
