🧑‍💻 Help Desk System Analyst (Onsite – Atlanta, GA)📍 Location: Atlanta, GA (100% Onsite) 🕒 Experience Required: 3+ Years 💼 Employment Type: Contract🚀 About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Help Desk System Analyst to join our IT support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for end-users, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations by resolving technical issues efficiently across a variety of platforms and tools.You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional IT support services, troubleshooting complex issues, and maintaining system performance in a fast-paced environment.🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L1/L2 technical support for end-users across Windows and enterprise environmentsTroubleshoot issues related to Windows 11, Active Directory, and Microsoft O365Manage and resolve tickets using ITSM/ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)Assist with:Password resets and account unlocksExchange Admin tasks and PST file managementVPN, RDP, and network connectivity issuesSupport hardware and software troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, peripherals)Provide support for Microsoft Teams IP phone systemsPerform both onsite and remote support for employeesUtilize PowerShell scripting for automation and advanced troubleshootingWork with identity and security tools such as OKTA and CrowdstrikeAssist users with AWS and SharePoint related access/issuesMaintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and processesCollaborate with internal IT teams to improve system performance and user experience🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications3+ years of experience in Help Desk / Technical Support / IT Support rolesStrong expertise in:Windows 10/11Active Directory (user/group management, GPO basics)Microsoft O365 (Exchange, Teams, Outlook)Hands-on experience with:VPN, RDP, and networking basics (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)Ticketing tools and remote support softwareFamiliarity with:OKTA (Identity & Access Management)Crowdstrike (Endpoint Security)AWS (basic cloud support)SharePoint OnlineExperience supporting IP telephony systems (Microsoft Teams preferred)Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills🎓 Preferred QualificationsCertifications such as:CompTIA A+Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator AssociateAny relevant IT support or cloud certifications💬 Soft SkillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to explain technical concepts to non-technical usersStrong problem-solving and multitasking abilitiesHigh attention to detail and documentation disciplineAbility to work independently and as part of a team📅 Work EnvironmentMust be local to Atlanta, GAOnsite role (5 days/week) – No remote optionFast-paced, collaborative IT environment
