Position Summary: This position is primarily responsible to motivate the team to meet production, quality goals, and objectives. Provide complete, timely, and informative communication to all shifts. Ensure that Production Control schedule is followed and contribute to all teams achieving monthly production schedules and quality goals. Key Responsibilities: Assess risks and seeks appropriate assistance from production manager/supervisor Ensures safety guidelines are understood and followed at all times Resolves production problems and documents issues for discussion in meetings Recommend operational changes to production manager/supervisor Identify training and cross-training needs and ensures completion of training records Review schedule with supervisor and work towards meeting shipment dates Complies with company, quality and safety standards, policies and procedures Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED, required Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing, preferably medical device Ability to read, write and comprehend English Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally Shift Hours: 3:00PM to 11:30PM, Monday to Friday Salary Range:$24 - $28/hour, plus $2 shift differential, based on experience and qualifications Cirtec Medical Corporation considers for employment and hires qualified candidates without regard to age, race, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, protected veteran or disability status or any factor prohibited by law.
