Marketing Director

About Parking Reform NetworkParking Reform Network (PRN) is a frequently cited voice in land-use and transportation reform. We're scrappy, we punch above our weight, and we've influenced policy in dozens of cities and a growing number of states. The Problem We Need You to SolvePRN produces a lot – original research, policy wins, events, a weekly newsletter, a blog, media appearances, an active member network. We need someone to weave it together: build the content pipeline, run the funnel from subscriber to donor to active member, and make sure every research drop, media hit, and event compounds into the next one.The RoleYou'll own marketing operations end-to-end: producing our newsletter and blog, the donor funnel from subscriber to active member, the calendar that coordinates events and campaigns, and the workflow that repurposes one piece of content into many. You're operationally excellent. You finish things. You have strong editorial instincts when PRN publishes research or lands a media mention, you immediately see three ways to extend it, and you make those things happen without being asked. You'll work closely with leadership to set the narrative direction. We know what PRN stands for. We're asking you to make sure the world hears it.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and run the content pipeline feeding the newsletter, blog, and social channelsRepurpose newsletters, webinars, and research into video, podcast, and social formatsGrow newsletter subscriptions and build the funnel that converts subscribers to donors and donors to active members (Mailchimp, Salesforce, Luma)Own PRN’s digital advertising and social mediaCoordinate messaging across PRN's events, partner activities, and staff appearancesHire and manage contractors for design, copywriting, and audio/videoTrack metrics and report on what's workingRequiredTrack record executing multi-channel marketingEmail marketing and CRM experience (Mailchimp, Salesforce, or similar)Strong analytical skillsExcellent writingComfortable working independently in a small, remote teamExperience managing contractorsPreferredNonprofit marketing or fundraising experienceBackground in advocacy, land-use, or transportation policyFamiliarity with video, podcast, or webinar productionCompensation & Benefits$70,000–$85,000 (full-time); hourly equivalent for part-time or contract4 weeks vacation (pro-rated if part-time)QSEHRA reimbursements: $6,450 self-only, $13,100 family (annual)401(k) Match of 4%Legally mandated sick/family leave.Work from home with flexible scheduleRemote in Oregon.
