Lawn Maintenance Crew Member (Full-Time) Crowders Landscaping – Lutz, FL Crowders Landscaping is hiring dependable crew members to support our commercial lawn and landscape maintenance operations. We maintain commercial properties throughout the Tampa area and are looking for team members who can work efficiently, follow directions, and take pride in keeping properties clean and well-maintained. This is a full-time, outdoor position. Responsibilities: Mowing, edging, and line trimming Hedge and shrub trimming General property cleanup Following daily route schedules and crew leader instructions Maintaining equipment and keeping trucks/trailers organized Schedule: Monday through Friday Start time: 6:30 AM -3:30/4 PM Requirements: Reliable transportation to Warehouse in Lutz Authorized to work in the U.S., we E-Verify Able to work outdoors in Florida heat and weather conditions Previous commercial landscaping or lawn maintenance experience Preferred: Valid Florida driver’s license (clean record) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience) Benefits: Paid time off 401(k) with company match Referral bonus program Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
