Are you interested?The Principal Admin Specialist is a subject matter expert and provides efficient and flexible recruitment administrative support including but not limited to workload allocation, process change management, reports generation and quality checks.This role facilitates operational service delivery of the team members to contribute to the overall achievement of targets. They act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to the support function of a well-known technology brand.This is a 6-month initial contract. Candidates will need to reside in Ohio, Georgia, Florida or Texas.Salary range (USD): $60,000 - $78,000 USDKey AccountabilitiesWhat you'll do:Managing account-specific administration activities to time and accurately, including ad hoc requests which support the effective running of the recruitment process including but not limited toOnboarding paperwork, reporting, preparation of PowerPoint, interview scheduling, initiating background checksActing as a final checking mechanism for elements of the process as well as audits and spot checks to ensure data accuracy and SLA adherenceCompleting reports, trackers, and maintaining systems accurately and to deadlinesBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other account stakeholders, managingcustomers' needs and expectations and working to service levels agreedActively participating in operational calls, confidently interacting with the client as neededProviding tangible contribution to ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the teamPreparing forecasts as required Skills & RequirementsWhat you need to have to be successful:Previous experience in event marketing, event coordination, campus recruiting, early careers, talent attraction, or career fair planning.Experience supporting and coordinating virtual and in-person events, including career fairs, hiring events, community events, and early talent initiatives.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage logistics, timelines, vendors, stakeholders, and event deliverables.Experience creating event materials and communications using tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Lists.Ability to document processes, track updates, and maintain clear reporting to support centralized hiring strategies.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with internal teams, hiring groups, vendors, and community organizations.Proactive, adaptable, and able to pivot quickly based on business needs and stakeholder priorities.Previous exposure to data center, IT, technology, military community hiring, or technical recruiting environments is a plus.Recruitment coordination or Talent Acquisition experience is a plus, the focus is on supporting centralized hiring initiatives, events, and community talent engagement.
