Travel RN - Telemetry - Progressive Care Unit

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Rock Island, IL, requiring ACLS, BLS, and a minimum of 2 years of experience.Job Details• Day shift position with a 6:45 AM start time,• 13-week contract in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Med-Surg setting,• Level 1 Trauma Center,• Float within the same discipline across local campuses may be required,• Every other weekend required,• No on-call responsibilities,• Epic EMR system used,Job Requirements• Active IL RN license required at time of consideration; IA RN license also required (may be pending at start but must be obtained),• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required,• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required,• Experience with chest tubes, femstops, trachs, CBIs, drains, and central lines required,• Experience titrating vasoactive and cardiac drips including Amiodarone, Cardizem, Nitro, Insulin, Heparin, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Isuprel, Milrinone, and Argatroban required,• Driver's license required,• One supervisory reference required,• Skills checklist completed within the last year required,• Must have a taxable address more than 50 miles from the facility,Additional Information• Contribute clinical knowledge and skills as part of an interdisciplinary team in the provision and management of patient care,• First-time travelers are welcome to apply,• Candidates who have been employed by UnityPoint within the last 12 months are not eligible,
