Position OverviewWe're looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive! The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Commercial HVAC sector, focusing on service agreements and preventative maintenance solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong mechanical background who can manage accounts effectively and foster long-term client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Commercial HVAC sector.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.Manage existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Negotiate service agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.Collaborate with the technical team to provide clients with tailored HVAC solutions and preventative maintenance plans.Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.Conduct market analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the HVAC industry, preferably in a service-focused role.Strong understanding of mechanical systems and HVAC technologies.Proven track record in business development and account management.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.BenefitsCompetitive Base Salary: $100k - $150kUncapped CommissionMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k) w/ company matchPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysVehicle Allowance
