This role is with a hands-on Product & Development team and is expected to start onsite October 23. The ideal candidate will bring strong apparel product development experience, especially technical knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and quality expectations during sample review.In this role, you will partner closely with design, merchandising, production, and overseas vendors to bring concepts to life from development through commercialization. This position requires someone who understands product patterns, fit, construction, BOMs, materials, and the overall product development lifecycle. Experience with PLM, Illustrator, and apparel manufacturing processes is highly preferred.What we’re looking for:5-7 years of apparel product development experienceStrong technical knowledge of fabric, construction, and product engineeringUnderstanding of BOMs, raw materials, and quality review of samplesExperience working with overseas vendors and manufacturing partnersKnowledge of factory operations, costing, and manufacturing limitationsFamiliarity with apparel testing, supply chain logistics, tariffs, and compliance standardsStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent related experienceNice to have:Experience with PLMIllustrator knowledgeKnowledge of materials used in jersey/apparel productionA passion for sportsDetails:Location: Tampa, FLSchedule: Monday-Friday, fully onsiteW-2 benefits available for eligible consultants, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO eligibility, and paid holidays.
