Manufacturing Quality Supervisor

You’ll lead the inspection team and keep quality moving across multiple projects and priorities.Lead, train, and support inspectors across manufacturingMake sure documentation is accurate, complete, and meets required standards (ASME, BPE, cGMP, and customer specs)Keep inspection tools, gauges, and calibration systems on trackStep into root‑cause analysis and corrective actions to figure out what went wrong and make sure it gets fixed the right waySupport welding program compliance and quality standardsPartner with production and customers during FAT and key quality checkpointsManage workflows, priorities, and team productivity without losing attention to detailThis role is about more than checking work, it’s about leading people.Coach, mentor, and develop inspectors on your teamSet expectations and hold the team accountable to themHandle performance conversations, reviews, and day‑to‑day supportKeep the team working together and step in when issues come upBalance urgency with accuracy especially when things get busyProcess & Improvement

You’ll help drive that.Maintain and improve quality procedures and documentationIdentify gaps in processes and fix themSupport new processes and make sure they work on the floorHelp ensure consistency across builds, projects, and teamsWhat You BringExperience in manufacturing inspection (process piping strongly preferred)Understanding of ASME Section IX and welding standardsBackground in job‑shop or custom manufacturing environmentsStrong attention to detail with documentation and process controlAbility to manage multiple priorities without losing focusLeadership experience or readiness to step into a team lead roleProficiency with Microsoft toolsWork Environment / Physical Requirements
