Software Engineer Work location: Optum Financial Services TechDescription: NPS and KTLO development support for the Optum Financial PortalTeam: 1-2 scrum teams of 7 (5 dev, 2QA, 1 SM, 1PM)Responsibilities:Design, architect, developing and delivering java applicationsAnalyze, design, implement and integrate functional requirements in new/existing solutionsWorking closely with Scrum Masters, Business Analyst and Quality Assurance and the rest of the team members to achieve project & organizational objectivesDeliver fully unit tested source code complying with code quality standardsProduction support and application troubleshootingWorking within a team to determine needs and applying / customizing existing technology to meet those needsActively participate in all team agile ceremonies and contributing to ensure that all team commitments are delivered on time and of the highest qualityAnalyzes and investigates. Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertiseIdeal candidate background: Healthcare and HBA a plusRequired skills/attributes: 5+ years of full stack experience in design, architect, developing and delivering java applications.
