Assistant Vice President
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Hunter with deep expertise in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) vertical. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of new client acquisition, executive-level engagement, and solution-oriented selling within the BFSI sector. This is a high-impact, individual contributor or leadership role focused on driving new logo revenue and expanding market share in the U.S.Key Responsibilities:Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the BFSI sector across the U.S. market.Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.Develop strategic account plans and collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored, value-driven proposals.Engage with C-level executives to position solutions across digital transformation, cloud, data & analytics, cybersecurity, application modernization, and managed services.Understand client challenges, regulatory environments, and operational objectives to deliver compelling business solutions.Lead RFP/RFI responses and contract negotiations with clients and procurement teams.Partner closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from prospecting to delivery.Provide market feedback, competitive intelligence, and client insights to shape go-to-market strategies.Qualification:Experience: 15-20 Years (IT Services)Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-based selling with deal sizes typically above $5M+ TCV.
