Floor Manager

*Job Summary* As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment for the staff. *Duties* - Manage and lead a team of staff members to provide efficient service - Supervise floor activities to ensure smooth operations - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Train new employees on company policies and procedures - Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally *Experience* - Previous experience in a similar role with knowledge of cash handling - Familiarity with culinary, bar, POS systems, coffee, food handling, and food service - Ability to cook or assist in food production is a plus - Experience as an Assistant Manager would be advantageous Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: Paid training Shift: Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Experience: Cash handling: 1 year (Required) POS: 1 year (Required) Language: Spanish (Required) English (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Silver Spring, MD 20910 (Required) Work Location: In person
