Job DescriptionWE ARE SEARCHING FOR A HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR IN THE COLUMBIA SC AREA.In the position you will support 650+ team members in a manufacturing plant with High Performance Work Systems. This “hands-on” position requires significant interaction and visibility to all levels of the organization, departments, and all shifts in a manufacturing environmentIDEAL CANDIDATEAdministrative experience at a manufacturing location. The following experience/skills are a plus:Experience with Ceridian Dayforce or a similar HRIS systemAdministration of employee leave processes through a third-party administrator (i.e., FMLA, sick leave/salary continuation, etc.)Administration of recruiting and selection processes, promotion processes, performance management systems, people policy administration, and workforce planningExperience tracking people processes and sharing information with managementMaintenance of human resources records retention requirements based on Records Retention ComplianceProactively audit personnel administrative steps, policy and procedure application and reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and IP core values. Keeps abreast of employment related regulatory provisions. Interpret and answer inquires related to HR policies and procedures, and counsel and educate team members while ensuring consistency and reinforcing adherence as appropriateBalance daily administration of people processes with intense preparation, support and administration of infrequently occurring people processes, both planned and unplanned (ex: regulatory audits, affirmative action, businesspeople projects and requests for information, people review, forecasting/budgeting, etc.)Work with and through third party administrators of benefits and people processes; support HR Reps and team members and escalate cases as neededExperience working in a 24/7 manufacturing environmentExperience working at a site with high performance work systemsDevelop, propose and implement people related work system improvementsResponsibility for HR projects as assignedRelevant post high school education; degree, certification or training (ex: Office Administration, HR, SHRM, CEBs, Employee Relations, Ceridian Dayforce, ADA, FMLA, time and attendance system, etc.)Company DescriptionYour Bridge to Career SuccessFounded in 1997, we are a nationwide recruitment firm that places executive and management professionals in various industries including Hospitality (Restaurants/ Hotels), Retail, Manufacturing, Grocery/Supermarket, Healthcare, Financial Services, Facilities, and Human Resources.
