New Beginnings Return-to-Work Program for Women is here to support you in your transition back into the professional world after a career break.Title: Mainframe Developer (Full-Time)What We’re Looking For:Minimum 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise Mainframe applications in large-scale production environments.Expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, IMS, and IBM z/OS technologies for developing mission-critical business applications.Experience developing and maintaining COBOL programs, batch processing jobs, online transactions, and high-volume enterprise applications.Understanding of JCL, including job creation, job scheduling, file handling, conditional processing, utilities, and troubleshooting batch job failures.Experience with DB2 and VSAM, including SQL queries, database design, data access, file processing, performance tuning, and data validation.Strong experience with CICS transaction processing, including online programs, transaction management, screen processing, and integration with backend systems.Experience working with Mainframe development and debugging tools such as TSO/ISPF, SDSF, File-AID, Abend-AID, Endevor, Changeman, or ISPW.Understanding of Mainframe application architecture, batch scheduling, production support, incident management, debugging, root cause analysis, and application maintenance.Experience integrating Mainframe applications with MQ, REST APIs, Web Services, XML/JSON, FTP/SFTP, and distributed enterprise systems.Experience with application modernization, legacy system integration, data migration, cloud integration, and Mainframe-to-distributed system transformation initiatives.Experience in performance tuning, program optimization, SQL optimization, memory management, Abend handling, and troubleshooting large-scale Mainframe applications.📢Please reach me at 732-348-5149 or you can send me your updated resume at javeed@ptcit.com📢 Next Steps:- I apologize in advance if there is a delay in my response.
