Marketing Associate (Corporate Events Coordinator) - DCLarge, well-established CRE firm is looking to add an up-and-coming Marketing Associate (Events Coordinator) in their Montgomery County MD office.Hybrid office schedule: 3 days inQualifications:Ideally seeking 1-3+ years of relevant marketing/events experienceEvent planning/coordination support experience within a larger scale corporate environment/entity is highly preferredCommercial real estate or financial services experience is preferred, not requiredBachelors degree requiredCvent and Adobe Creative Cloud experience preferred.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environmentA creative self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Self-motivated with a proactive mindset - able to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise.Responsibilities/overview:This individual will support the planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, client receptions, and proprietary hosted events for the CRE firmThe Events Coordinator will be joining a tight-knit, highly collaborative team that values creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communicationSupport the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the company’s events program, including the pre-planning, coordination, and onsite support and execution of conferences, trade shows, client receptions, and proprietary-hosted events.Serve as primary liaison with conference organizers, external vendors, and third-party partners to ensure seamless execution and aligned logistics.Build invite lists and manage the entire invitation/registration process.Develop and manage event microsites, registration tracking, and attendee communications.Manage budget, logistics, gifting, transportation, rooming lists, activity planning, and special requests.Manage all aspects of the company's presence across various event types.Secure and coordinate meeting spaces, hotel accommodations, and meeting schedules for internal attendees.
