Business Analyst/Project Manager
DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Business Analyst/Project Manager position is responsible for understanding, documenting and supporting current and future state business processes, as well as the enablement provided by technology, while leading cross-functional teams through the full solution delivery lifecycle. This individual will be gathering and translating business requirements, creating and maintaining projects schedules, communicating with stakeholders at all levels, as well as working with solution teams to ensure on-time, on-budget and quality delivery. This includes leading and facilitating meetings, performing essential project management tasks according to industry best practices, coordinating training and ensuring a smooth transition from project to operational status.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with stakeholders and facilitate discussions across departments to gather, understand and document business requirements.
Collaborate with the solution team(s), internal and/or external, to translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
Develop achievable project schedules and hold team members accountable to assigned tasks.
Proactively manage project milestones required to meet project objectives.
Create and maintain standardized business processes documentation.
Provide support and assist with coordinating testing and training to ensure quality business outcomes.
Assist with the management of risks and issues to ensure timely resolution.
Manage meeting schedules; develop and document meeting agendas, discussion notes and key decisions or outcomes.
Proactively manage expectations by providing appropriate and timely written and oral communications with all stakeholders throughout the life of the project.
Adhere to established project methodologies, standards, tools, processes, policies, and procedures (ex. Agile, Waterfall and Scrum), as needed to accomplish objectives.
Provide continuous improvement feedback from lessons learned activities to improve project methodologies and business outcomes on future projects.
Perform other duties as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Four-year college degree, preferably in Business, MIS or Computer Science with at least 2 years Business Analysis and Project Management experience
Experience with projects involving enterprise systems, such as CRM and ERP systems
Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP certification is a plus
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS
Work in an office setting.
Safely perform work with appropriate safety gear when needed.
May require work outside normal business hours.
May require travel to other locations.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
