Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences through their mixology skills. Duties - Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, and wine - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment - Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age - Handle cash and operate the cash register efficiently - Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase revenue - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service Skills - Proficient in bartending techniques and drink recipes - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Knowledge of POS systems for order processing and payment handling - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with retail math for handling transactions accurately - Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $7.25 - $15.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Shift: 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Ability to Commute: Atlanta, IN 46031 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Atlanta, IN 46031: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
