Marathon Staffing is seeking a Cafeteria Host in Leominster, MA. Schedule: WED 1P-7P THU-SAT 7A-7P- Pay rate: $18.00 Shift: 1st Shift People with experience in housekeeping, restaurant staff, assembly, retail, and customer service have done a great job in this role. Requirements: • Must have 6 months of experience in a similar role. Duties Include: • Greet and welcome students, staff, and visitors as they enter the cafeteria, ensuring a friendly and positive atmosphere. • Assist with directing customers to available seating and maintaining an orderly flow of people. • Monitor the dining area for cleanliness, ensuring tables and chairs are organized and cleared after use. • Answer questions regarding menu options and daily specials, providing excellent customer service. • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and address any special dietary requests. • Manage the reservation system for group seating and handle any special events or requests. • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation standards in the cafeteria.
