We are looking for a Web & SEO Specialist who is skilled, curious, and ready to do great work.This role sits within a collaborative team structure. You will execute digital strategies developed in partnership with our Marketing Strategist, and take the lead on developing focused digital strategies for clients who utilize individual services. As our agency grows, this role is positioned to grow into a leadership position.ResponsibilitiesExecute web design and SEO strategies in partnership with our Marketing Strategist.Develop focused, service-specific digital strategies for clients using individual services.Design, build, and update client websites in WordPress as a front-end developer and designer, ensuring they are user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and SEO-ready.Manage and optimize SEO campaigns with a clear focus on ROI.Track, analyze, and interpret site and campaign performance data, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.Stay current on industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to internal team members and clients.Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and excellence across all digital touchpoints.Requirements1-2 years of WordPress web design and front-end development experience with a portfolio to share.1-2 years of SEO strategy and execution experience with demonstrated results.Strong communication and presentation skills.Collaborative, team-first mindset.Hunger to learn, willingness to receive feedback, and a commitment to working with excellence.Creativity paired with the ability to deliver measurable business results.Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) preferred.Soft SkillsProblem-solving and adaptability in a fast-changing digital landscape.Ability to translate data and strategy into clear, compelling stories clients can understand.Strong sense of accountability and ownership.Positive, team-oriented attitude.CompensationStarting at $24/hour, based on experience.Pay increases tied to client satisfaction, measurable results, and ROI.Additional compensation growth when stepping into a management role.BenefitsA strong collaborative culture where expertise is valued.The ability to own your work and see the direct impact.A workplace that prioritizes growth, excellence, and creativity.Practical DetailsLocation: In-office, Holmes County/Northeast Ohio.Growth Path: This role begins as a hands-on execution role and is expected to grow into a leadership position as the agency expands.Culture: Collaboration, excellence, and measurable results are core to how we operate.
