Position Overview
As a Warehouse Production Associate, you will play a critical role in the fulfillment process by accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders. This position operates in a temperature‑controlled, refrigerated environment and requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
Schedule
This position operates on a second‑shift schedule, typically Saturday through Tuesday from 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM. This role is subject to operational needs, and start times, end times, or scheduled workdays may vary. Overtime or schedule adjustments may be required as business demands change.
Pay & Classification
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Classification: Non‑exempt, hourly position

Key Responsibilities
Use a finger scanner and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to accurately locate and pick products in a refrigerated warehouse
Pack products safely and efficiently using proper materials, including temperature‑sensitive handling
Verify accuracy of customer orders and ensure quality standards are met
Conduct routine quality checks for damage, discrepancies, or expiration issues
Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals
Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs
Follow all safety protocols, including proper PPE usage in a food‑handling environment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Complete required safety and operational training on time
Maintain functional knowledge across multiple production areas, including box building and order preparation
Qualifications
Required:
Authorized to work in the United States
Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (approximately 36°F)
Strong verbal communication skills
Willingness to work variable schedules, including overtime as needed
Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repeatedly, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred:
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Previous warehouse or food‑handling experience
