Our mission is to empower healthcare professionals by handling essential operational tasks, allowing them to prioritize patient care.Role DescriptionWhen a patient calls, we’re the first point of contact. If that call isn’t handled well or quickly, that patient usually doesn’t call back. They book somewhere else.This role exists to prevent that.What the job actually isWhen you're scheduled, you are the front desk.You’ll handle 20–40 patient calls in a 4-hour shift, often back-to-back. You’re expected to answer quickly (within 3 rings, 95%+ of the time), communicate clearly, and keep things moving without dropping details.There isn’t downtime during busy periods.
