Junior Editor / Production Assistant

This is an on-site position based at our headquarters in Santa Ana and isNOTa remote role. Responsibilities: Edit video projects from start to finish, including implementing client revisions Apply creative storytelling techniques to enhance overall video quality Create 2D motion graphics and customize templates to elevate visual impact Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Producers, and the Production team to execute the clients vision Assist with in-studio productions as needed Work with the team to establish and maintain project timelines and budgets Develop supporting motion graphic elements for live-action content Contribute to a collaborative team environment with opportunities for growth within VR Onsite production assistance Assisting with video equipment rentals Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience editing in Premiere Pro At least 1 year of professional experience in motion graphics using After Effects Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator for illustration and photo manipulation Experience with 2D/3D sequential design, including creating client-ready storyboards using preferred tools Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of bit rate, DIT workflows, and media storage best practices Solid project and time management skills Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team Strong interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with clients Detail-oriented with a focus on elevating overall production quality A strong demo reel showcasing relevant work About Us: Video Resources brings over 30 years of experience, with client relationships that span decades, built on trust, consistency, and repeat business.
