About the job FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN Job DescriptionJob Title: Field Service TechnicianLocation: Albuquerque, NMROLE DESCRIPTION:We are looking for Field Service Technicians. The Field Service technicians are responsible for completing service tickets in a designated territory. Preferred candidate background experienceincludes Plumbing, Pipe Replacement, Toilet/Urinal Installation, Soldering, General Maintenance, HVAC, Framing, Drywall Patching, Painting, Flooring Installation, Tile Work, Doors& Frames, Experience with a Multimeter, Etc. These are effectively general maintenance positions, but the expectation is that candidates have a broad set of skillsets. Candidates need to have proficient computer (Microsoft 360) and mobile phone skills (Preferably iOS and Android).What you will do in this role:Ensure that changes and problems get documented and communicated.Carry out assigned tasks and work orders with minimum direct supervision.Communicate with the office team and FOMs on open issues and progress of work assigned to oneselfSuccessful execution of assigned programs/work orders as they relate to cost, quality, timing and customer satisfaction.Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work area.Effectively document and communicate work required and executed out in the field.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including on-call availability.Additional information:
