Role Description This full-time, on-site Hair Transplant Technician role is based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The technician will assist in performing hair restoration procedures, including preparing grafts, implanting hair follicles with precision, and supporting the lead physician during surgeries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining clean and sterile operating environments, consulting with patients, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the procedure process. Qualifications Technical skills in hair transplant techniques, including experience or training in FUE proceduresKnowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization protocols, and medical safety practicesStrong attention to detail, dexterity, and the ability to work with precisionExceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with patientsTeamwork abilities and collaboration in a clinical or medical settingCertification in medical assisting, surgical technology, or relevant healthcare training is preferredPrior experience in hair transplantation, dermatology, or cosmetic procedures is a plus
