If you're looking for a new opportunity where you can truly make a difference, we hope you'll apply for a position with us.Job SummaryProvide hands-on support to Program Engagement Managers, Business Operations Manager, Contracts Analysts, Account Specialist and Business Intelligence Analyst.Willingness to dive into day-to-day operations and assist team with complex or high-volume requestsAlign with suppliers and manage relationships, expectations, performance, and reporting.Strategically align with client stakeholders to improve processes, develop new processes and innovation and drive operational efficienciesWork closely with onsite teams (located in Philadelphia, Denver) to ensure deep understanding and provide guidance on all aspects of program strategy and operationsHandles escalated client and supplier requestsEnsure delivery of SLAs and metricsConduct scheduled meeting cadence consisting of governance meetings, monthly program read-outs, weekly leadership and end-client executive read-outsDetermine new ways to provide cost savings to the organization (cost avoidance and cost savings strategies) while maintaining existing savings programs to reach stated goalsProcess writing and documentationComfortable working under pressure with the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize quicklyDrive innovationIllustrating assertiveness, self-starter and flexibility while adapting well to ever changing business needsQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceAdvanced MS skillsManaging 2-3 clients and teams at one timeDeveloping and presenting client business reviews8-10 years MSP/industry experienceWell-versed in MSP strategy, program design, data analysis and operationsManaging high volume/high intensity clients
