Job Title: Business Process ModelerJob Location: San Antonio, TXInterview: VirtualJob Duration: 6+ MonthsJob Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Process Designer to produce WDS process maps with swim lanes, showcasing logical decisions, inputs/outputs, and connectivity between lanes. The role involves working in Jira to manage Features and Stories and updating a Metrics (Jira) dashboard to highlight the value and wins of Process Design engagements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, able to lead discussions, ask insightful questions, and schedule follow-up meetings as needed. They should be adept at breaking down complex verbal processes into visually organized, easy-to-understand process flows. Proficiency with process mapping tools like Mural or Zoom Whiteboard is highly desirable. This role also requires collaboration with UX teams and Product Owners to design user flows that align with product or service objectives. Experience with Persona Maps, Customer Experience Maps, and User Journeys is a plus. Familiarity with tools like Visio Pro, Aris, Signavio, or iGraphix for other clients is beneficial.
