Job Title: Production Loader Operator – Mobile Aggregates Crushing PlantLocation:Mobile sites across Arizona (frequent travel required)Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Production Loader Operator to join our mobile crushing plant team. You will operate heavy front-end loaders and other equipment to feed and maintain aggregate production, ensuring safe, continuous operation. This position involves frequent travel within Arizona, overtime, and may require night shifts.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operates loaders (e.g., Caterpillar 988H, 980G, 980M), excavators, and dozers to feed the crushing plant and stack/buck materials.Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (welding, wiring, labor tasks) as needed.Safely load material onto trucks, adhering to specified weights and safety requirements.Assist with a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, high-production environment.Comply with all company safety policies and MSHA regulations.Maintain accurate production and equipment usage records.Must understand the different types of aggregates/materials and prevent stockpile contamination.Required QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience operating heavy loaders in high-production aggregate or crushing operations.Previous MSHA Certification (site-specific training provided).Strong understanding of crushing yard safety and material handling.Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and basic repair ability.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel statewide.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Drug-free, safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and sound judgement.Preferred Qualifications5 Years experience with crusher or asphalt plants.Proficiency operating excavators, dozers, or other mobile equipment.Familiarity with Federal Davis-Bacon pay requirements.BenefitsCompetitive pay (DOE) with weekly direct deposit.Overtime and subsistence/travel pay (when applicable).Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options.401(k), profit sharing, and bonus programs.Sick and vacation payTraining and uniform provided.Opportunities for advancement.DisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the person assigned to this position.
