From the foods you eat to the fuels you require, CPM plays an important role in making the world more efficient and more sustainable.ABOUT THE ROLE:We are seeking a detail-oriented, accurate, and curious Accounting Manager to support financial operations, cost accounting, and ERP implementation at our manufacturing facility. This role is key to standardizing financial processes, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining strong internal controls in line with accounting standards. You'll also help implement SAP Business One, focusing on data integrity, product costing, and system accuracy to support efficient reporting and inventory control. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, learns quickly, and enjoys solving problems while driving operational improvements.This is not a remote position*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Financial Reporting & Accounting OperationsPrepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities. Ensure the integrity of the general ledger and sub-ledger interfaces and manage intercompany transactionsPerform reconciliations and support balance sheet account analysisManage and reconcile the construction in progress and capitalization of all fixed assetsContribute to the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and monthly and quarterly Blackline reporting. Costing, Systems & ERP ImplementationSupport the implementation of SAP Business One, ensuring financial modules are configured correctly. Work closely with IT, operations, and finance teams to validate data and drive a smooth ERP transition. Ensure accurate data entry related to cost of goods, inventory, and product costing to support effective system performance. Help develop standardized costing methods and reporting tools aligned with manufacturing operations. Internal Controls & ComplianceEnsure adherence to corporate policies, accounting standards, and relevant statutory requirements. Help document and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to finance and accounting. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. CPA designation (active, inactive, or in-progress). Exposure to cost accounting, inventory processes, and ERP implementation5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
